Introductory /complimentary call- 15 min

This initial call is to assess your needs and requirement so that I can help you effectively.

If you wish to proceed , we will mutually set a suitable time and date to make a formal appointment.

Your Appointment (up to 45 min)- via video chat

I will explore your current health issues related to your diet & nutrition, in more depth. We will go through your food diary together and I will explain any inadequacies or potential causes for your health issues.

We will build a road map that suits your needs, in order to optimise the areas that need attention. Your diet and exercise plan will be delivered to you via your app.

This meeting should also highlight the need for any further confirmatory tests, if required, in order to make your transition to optimal health smooth and achievable.

Follow Up/Progress monitoring

Depending upon the initial consultation, we can mutually agree on a suitable follow up date to assess the progress. The initial one is usually 2 weeks afterwards.

At any time in between…Do not feel left out or on your own! I will be just a message away. You can contact me for any quick question or book an urgent appointment online, if needed.

These follow up appointments are undertaken at frequent intervals. During these appointments, I will check your progress till date and will also make further adjustments to the original diet plan, if needed.

On an average, you may need up to 4-6 appointments to achieve the desired outcome, but many people appreciate noticeable improvements after initial few sessions.
